Built around the animals, staffed by owners
Everyone who works here owns or has owned the animals they care for, which is the difference between following a checklist and noticing that a dog is quieter than yesterday. Groups are kept small enough that noticing is possible.
The building is laid out for the animals rather than the reception: separate quiet rooms for cats, outdoor runs that drain properly, and a grooming room with non-slip tables and no queue of stressed dogs watching each other.

How we work
Small groups or no groups
A dog that needs to be alone is boarded alone, at no premium.
Tell the owner
If your animal had a bad day, you hear it from us, with detail, not from their behavior at home.
No upsells at pickup
The price agreed at drop-off is the bill at pickup.
Clean is non-negotiable
Runs, rooms and tables are cleaned between animals, every time.
How we got here
Meet first
A short visit before any booking, so the animal knows the building and we know the animal.
Plan the stay
Feeding, medication, quirks and the vet's number, written down and pinned to their run.
The stay itself
The routine agreed, photos on request, and a call if anything is off.
Handover
What they ate, how they slept, who they played with, told to you at pickup rather than summarized as fine.
