The stay itself
The routine agreed, photos on request, and a call if anything is off.
Handover
What they ate, how they slept, who they played with, told to you at pickup rather than summarized as fine.

Wash, cut, nails and ears, matched to the coat and the temperament, with time built in for nervous animals.
Supervised small groups sorted by size and temperament, with rest time built into the day.
Overnight and holiday stays with the routine your animal has at home, including their own food and bedding.
Short, calm sessions that teach a young dog the building, the people and the other dogs.
